Every 45-minute experience starts with the Moment of Intention (instructor-led 3 minute warm up to set the P.A.S.E. for the day) followed by 40 min of true HIIT work with crisp cardio and floor exercises on premium equipment. We finish with a moment of reflection – not your typical cool down. Instead, we come together for a brief mindfulness session (meditation, breathwork, affirmations) to take care of your body and mind.
